Location: Islamabad

Experience required: Preferably one year experience of Operations Management (fresh grads can also apply)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
• Have excellent networking skills and demonstrate high level of written and oral communication skills
• Keen interest in social media
• Good computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing
• Self-starter, cooperative, dependable and persistent

Role Description:
• Account management for the new and existing clients
• New client on boarding, in coordination with business development team
• Ensuring client satisfaction by providing real value and by offering excellent Quality of Service
• Overall client management, planning, systems and controls
• Raising invoices for clients and vendors ensuring timely payments
• Assisting marketing team in carrying out the operational tasks
• Conducting regular update meetings with the clients
• Managing a team of Operations staff
