Job Description:

Minimum Education: University Degree from a reputable / recognized university
Minimum Experience: Fresh to 2 years of experience of General banking / relevant field

• Can perform under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
• To be a full back up for the Wealth Management Consultant and ensure the WM client¿s servicing needs are fulfilled within specified TAT
• Being responsible for servings customers in person, on the phone and through email so as to address all queries, information requirement
• Delivering service at own Signature Center and ensuring customers are serviced at their location of choice
• Ability to use core banking systems effectively to ensure customers¿ request, processing requirements, and queries are responded to efficiently and swiftly
• Adherence and execution to felicitation policies. If required customer felicitation visits with/without Relationship Managers
• Staying abreast with the new policies and ensuring that all procedures are made in line with SBP and Compliance directives
