Main Purpose of Job:
Support Regional Sales Management team through timely reporting, analysis, orders, payments, Claims etc in order to achieve sales objective by ensuring effective communication network between Sales Force,other departments and distributors/ customers.
Timely collection and planning of orders & co-ordination for payments from all regions / Distributors in line with objectives.
Prepare timely sales reports, bottom-up data / analysis from distributor/regions in line with Sales Management/ Headoffice requirements and forward it to relevant departments. And Maintain Sales history of concerned regions/zone and distributors.
Liason with Regions for ordering and Supplies.
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
1-2 years of relevant Sales Support experience.
Ability to understand the business dynamics and processes.
Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field.
Experience in managing field Sales.
